Thank you for visiting and shopping at Casper Lewis. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


You should always refer to our ORDER LOOKUP page before contacting our Customer Care team. This feature is here help you save time and worry about your delivery.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


We offer FREE SHIPPING for any single order worldwide. 


The shipment time after order processing for ALL ORDERS is generally 10 – 14 days.


Please remember delivery delays can occasionally occur but we are on your side and will work like crazy to ensure timely delivery of your valuable order.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


Casper Lewis prefers to ship to physical addresses for your protection.



Customs, Duties and Taxes


Casper Lewis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Casper Lewis uses Third Party carriers to delivery your order and if you should receive goods damaged in transit, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy so that we can attend to you in a timely manner.


Help us to help you by emailing us photos and or videos of any damages arising during transit and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
